How to put your bowling arm rubber onto your bowling arm.

Step 1: Remove existing old rubbers on the cup and the tongue of the bowling arm.

Step 2: Wipe clean the surface with Eucalyptus oil or Methylated spirits.

Step 3: Squeeze out some of the primer onto your cotton bud.

Step 4: Apply the primer 3mm from the bottom and sides of the cup and the tongue ensuring to swipe the primer in the same shape as the rubber shapes where the rubbers will be placed.

Step 5: Peel off the rubber piece you are going to put on and firmly press onto the cup and tongue.
Step 6: Press down over the rubber firmly for best adhesive.
